Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern in Barcelona to support boutique operations, client service and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations including opening and closing procedures, visual presentation and housekeeping to uphold brand standards.
  • Assist sales advisors with client welcoming, appointment preparation and clienteling activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, follow up on client requests and assist with after‑sales service coordination.
  • Contribute to merchandising tasks: replenishment, stock rotation, price tagging and window/fixture presentation under guidance from Visual Merchandising.
  • Participate in inventory control, incoming/outgoing stock checks and secure handling of high-value items.
  • Provide administrative support: prepare sales documentation, process transactions and reconcile cash/registers under supervision.
  • Support boutique events and VIP appointments, liaising with internal teams to deliver flawless in-store experiences.
  • Shadow senior staff to learn product knowledge, selling techniques and brand heritage.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional grooming and a client-focused demeanour appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings; willingness to work retail shift patterns.
  • High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential client information and valuable merchandise.
  • Legal right to work in Spain.
