Back Office Executive
Richemont seeks a Back Office Executive in Madrid to support retail operations and financial reconciliations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day back-office operations including invoice processing, purchase order matching and payment follow-up.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with suppliers, internal finance teams and retail outlets.
- Maintain and update transactional records in the ERP and internal reporting systems to ensure data integrity.
- Produce regular operational and financial reports, KPI tracking and ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders.
- Support stock administration and retail operations by liaising with stores, logistics and commercial teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, merchandising, logistics, store operations) to expedite issue resolution.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives, standard operating procedures and month-end close activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in back-office, finance operations or retail operations, preferably within luxury retail or consumer goods.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and proven accuracy when handling transactional data.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to communicate clearly across functions.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in back-office operations, finance support or retail operations; experience in luxury retail or a multinational environment is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
