Associate Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis
Richemont (Cartier) seeks an AVP, FP&A in Miami to lead financial planning and analysis for Cartier South America.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end FP&A activities for Cartier South America, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly reforecasting and long-range planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses and KPI frameworks to support strategic decision-making and margin optimisation.
- Partner with commercial, retail and supply chain leaders to translate business plans into financial targets and to track performance against objectives.
- Prepare and present consolidated regional financial reports and narratives to senior management, highlighting variances, risks and opportunities.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, forecasting cadence and reporting automation; coordinate system implementations or upgrades as required.
- Manage, mentor and develop a small regional finance team; allocate resources to deliver accurate, timely close and reporting.
- Support pricing, investment and cost-control initiatives through rigorous analysis and business case development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Professional accounting qualification desirable (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of financial planning methodologies, consolidation and management reporting.
- Demonstrable ability to synthesise complex financial information into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing mid-level finance professionals.
Skills
Experience
Typically 8+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 3–5 years in a regional FP&A role or leading commercial finance teams; prior exposure to luxury goods, retail or consumer goods in a multinational environment is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
