Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate security, occupational health & safety (H&S) and environmental programs across Richemont operations in Korea, ensuring alignment with regional and global policies.
- Develop, implement and maintain HSE and security policies, procedures and emergency response plans tailored to retail, office and logistics sites.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and regular audits; manage corrective actions and track closure with local stakeholders and regional teams.
- Manage incident reporting and investigation processes, including root-cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with Korean safety, environmental and security requirements; act as primary liaison with local authorities and external consultants.
- Design and deliver HSE and security training for store staff, corporate teams and contractors; build a culture of safety and loss prevention.
- Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers (security, waste management, remediation) and manage related contracts and performance.
- Prepare regular HSE and security reports and KPIs for senior management and contribute to regional risk reviews and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental science, engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in occupational safety or HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred.
- Formal training or certification in security management, crisis management or incident investigation is advantageous.
- Fluency in Korean for local regulatory interaction; English proficiency for reporting and coordination with regional/global teams is highly desirable.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in H&S, security or environmental roles, ideally within retail, luxury goods, logistics or facility management. Proven experience managing local compliance, conducting audits and leading cross-functional stakeholder programmes is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental science, engineering or a closely related field.
