Role & Responsibilities
- Design, maintain and deliver commercial performance reporting and executive dashboards to measure sales, margin, sell-through and KPI trends across wholesale, retail and e‑commerce channels.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting and business review cycles by preparing variance analysis, scenario modelling and actionable commercial recommendations.
- Partner with finance, merchandising, retail operations and marketing to align pricing, promotional calendars and inventory strategies with commercial objectives.
- Run ad hoc analyses to identify upside opportunities, optimize assortments and improve channel mix; translate data into clear presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes and tools, including roll‑out, training and governance of CRM/BI platforms and sales tools.
- Manage small cross‑functional projects and contribute to change initiatives that improve sales productivity and client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related discipline; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Proven commercial acumen with strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesise complex data into concise insights and board‑level presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; experience working with cross‑functional teams in matrix environments.
- High level of integrity, discretion and understanding of luxury brand values.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of commercial analytics, sales operations or business intelligence experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion or premium consumer goods; demonstrable experience in forecasting, KPI reporting and stakeholder-facing presentations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate credential advantageous.
