Richemont is hiring an Assistant Boutique Manager in Las Vegas (Forum Shops) to support boutique operations and drive luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in delivering daily boutique operations while upholding the maison’s exacting luxury standards.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive client acquisition, retention and personalised clienteling strategies.
  • Coach, develop and schedule boutique staff; conduct regular performance feedback and on-floor training to elevate service standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique environment reflects seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee stock management and inventory control, including receiving, stock reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Manage customer escalations and complex service scenarios with discretion and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports; monitor KPIs and contribute to local business-planning activities.
  • Coordinate boutique events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives in collaboration with corporate and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability in a retail or luxury environment, with experience supervising and developing frontline teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a premium retail setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate high-value client relationships with confidentiality and tact.
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English adequate for client-facing and reporting duties (additional languages advantageous).
  • Impeccable presentation and alignment with luxury brand standards; flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Experience
