Assistant Boutique Manager
Richemont seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Hong Kong to support boutique operations and drive luxury retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day boutique operations to ensure seamless customer service and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance by coaching and motivating the sales team, implementing clienteling techniques and pursuing KPI targets.
- Lead visual merchandising and store presentation initiatives in line with Maison directives.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in coordination with the store manager and regional teams.
- Act as first point of escalation for client issues and ensure high-quality resolution while protecting the client relationship and brand reputation.
- Coach, mentor and develop boutique staff through training, feedback and performance reviews.
- Prepare and submit routine sales and operational reports to the boutique manager and regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality environments.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team-development capabilities.
- Strong customer-service orientation and client relationship management skills.
- High level of personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with luxury brand standards.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity with demonstrated achievement of sales targets and team development.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or hospitality desirable.
