Richemont is hiring an Assistant Boutique Manager in Dubai — lead luxury retail operations and client experience for a premier maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, KPI delivery and daily operational objectives.
- Lead, coach and motivate boutique sales staff to deliver exemplary luxury client experiences and to develop client portfolios.
- Own clienteling activities for VIP and high-value customers, including follow-up, private appointments and after‑sales care.
- Manage store opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, cash handling and POS reconciliation to ensure operational integrity.
- Oversee stock control, inventory audits and replenishment; coordinate with central teams on deliveries and stock transfers.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store brand presentations to reflect maison positioning.
- Produce and analyse regular sales and performance reports; propose corrective actions to the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail, with progressive responsibility in sales and team supervision.
- Demonstrable leadership and people‑development capabilities; experience coaching sales consultants to meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong clienteling and relationship‑management aptitude.
- Commercially minded with the ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actions.
- High level of personal presentation and understanding of luxury service protocols.
- Fluent English required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years in luxury retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role, ideally within jewellery, watches or premium fashion.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion/luxury studies preferred.
