Assistant Boutique Manager
Richemont is hiring an Assistant Boutique Manager in Dallas to support boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Boutique Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring superior client service and consistent delivery of brand standards.
- Coach, schedule and motivate sales advisors to achieve boutique sales targets, KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to grow relationships, repeat business and VIP client lists.
- Oversee visual merchandising and in-store presentation to maintain brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Manage stock control, inventory reconciliation and receive/inspect deliveries in coordination with the regional supply team.
- Handle opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and POS operations with strict adherence to control policies.
- Support boutique events, private appointments and trunk shows, liaising with marketing and regional teams as required.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and escalate operational issues to the Boutique Manager and regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium fashion (preferably within watches, jewellery or leather goods).
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent numeracy and cash-handling competence with strong organizational skills.
- Professional presentation and polished client-facing manner aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Valid work authorization for the United States (if applicable).

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive retail experience, including a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role within luxury retail or premium brand environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, retail management or related field preferred.
