Richemont seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Abu Dhabi to support boutique operations, drive sales and cultivate client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and boutique KPIs through daily coaching, floor leadership and active selling.
  • Lead boutique operations in the managers absence, ensuring adherence to Richemont brand standards and luxury service protocols.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing sales team by delivering training, performance feedback and task delegation.
  • Manage clienteling and CRM activities to cultivate long-term relationships, drive repeat business and optimise client data.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and presentation standards to ensure window and in-store displays reflect maison guidelines.
  • Control inventory lifecycle: receive shipments, conduct stock reconciliations, manage transfers and support loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate administrative duties including staff rotas, cash handling oversight and daily reporting to regional teams.
  • Liaise with regional/head office teams on promotions, product launches and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail with experience driving sales and supervising frontline teams.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with ability to monitor and deliver against KPIs.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and experience using CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership capabilities in a multicultural environment.
  • High standards of presentation, discretion and adherence to brand operational procedures.

Experience

Typically 3+ years in luxury retail with at least 12 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within a boutique environment.
