Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Director in managing daily operations of the boutique.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
• Supervise and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Manage inventory and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years in a luxury retail management role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
