Richemont seeks an Apprentice in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland — vocational training role supporting craftsmanship and daily operations.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured vocational training programme combining on-the-job practice and classroom instruction under the supervision of a mentor.
  • Support daily operations within the assigned department (e.g., workshop, production, quality control or retail) and assist qualified technicians or advisors.
  • Carry out practical tasks and small projects that develop technical skills, manual dexterity and an understanding of luxury production standards.
  • Adhere to company safety, hygiene and quality procedures; maintain tools, workstations and accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Receive and apply feedback, keep a learning log, and prepare for periodic evaluations tied to the apprenticeship curriculum.
  • Contribute to team activities and collaborate with colleagues across functions to understand end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

  • Completed compulsory education (secondary school) and eligibility for a recognised vocational training programme.
  • Strong motivation to pursue a career in luxury craftsmanship, watchmaking, jewellery or retail operations.
  • Good manual dexterity, visual acuity and attention to fine detail; aptitude for technical tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual and capable of following structured instructions and training schedules.
  • Legal authorization to work and participate in vocational training in Switzerland.

Experience
