Accounting Intern
Richemont — Villars-sur-Glâne: Accounting Intern (Stage pré-HEG). Internship in accounting supporting month-end close and transactional processing.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice posting and supplier statement reconciliation.
- Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end close activities under supervision.
- Reconcile balance-sheet accounts and assist with bank reconciliations and intercompany settlements.
- Maintain accounting documentation and support preparation of schedules for audits and internal reviews.
- Produce ad hoc reports and analyses in Excel to support the finance team and management decision-making.
- Operate within the ERP system to enter transactions, update master data and resolve transactional errors.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or equivalent programme in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (pre-HEG candidates encouraged).
- Solid foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and an organised approach to documentation.
- Proactive team player with good communication skills and confidentiality in handling financial information.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship period as agreed with the hiring manager.

Experience
No specific professional experience required; previous internships or coursework in accounting, bookkeeping or finance are an advantage.
Education
Enrolment in a tertiary accounting, finance or business degree programme (pre-HEG or comparable).
