Accountant
Richemont seeks an Accountant in Seoul to manage month-end close, financial reporting and ledger activities for its Seoul operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manages month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of financial statements.
- Prepares and reviews general ledger reconciliations, journal entries and account analyses.
- Oversees accounts payable and receivable processes and ensures appropriate cut-offs and controls.
- Supports statutory and management reporting in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Serves as primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and filings.
- Contributes to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Implements and improves financial controls, processes and ERP accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with local Korean tax and reporting requirements.
- Exhibits excellent numerical accuracy, analytical ability and attention to internal controls.
- Possesses advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with ERP systems.

Experience
Requires approximately 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience within a multinational or consumer goods environment, with proven involvement in month-end close, reconciliations and statutory reporting; prior exposure to luxury retail or holding-company structures is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
