Rabanne is hiring a Senior Sales Advisor in Paris (Galeries Lafayette Haussmann) to drive luxury sales and client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, personalised clienteling and high‑value closing.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and repeat clientele; manage appointment scheduling and post‑sale follow-up.
  • Provide exemplary brand representation: expert product knowledge, styling advice and adherence to Rabanne’s merchandising and visual standards.
  • Execute boutique floor operations including stock control, replenishment, inventory integrity and loss‑prevention practices.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and ensure compliant cash handling procedures.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales colleagues when required; share best practices to elevate team performance.
  • Collaborate with store management and corporate teams on events, client lists and local marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain boutique presentation, merchandising windows and product displays in line with seasonal directives.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail experience, typically 3+ years in boutique or premium department store environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clients in a high‑ticket retail setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with meticulous attention to client experience.
  • Professional demeanour, impeccable grooming and capacity to represent a luxury brand in a flagship environment.
  • Ability to work flexible, retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods; availability for in‑store events.

Experience

Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, with proven success meeting sales targets, servicing a discerning clientele and operating within flagship or department store concessions (experience at Galeries Lafayette or similar is advantageous).

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or degree in fashion, retail management, hospitality or business preferred.
