Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR and influencer teams for Jean Paul Gaultier and Rabanne across campaign execution, gifting and activation logistics.
- Maintain and update press and influencer databases; assist with outreach, briefings and contract follow-ups.
- Coordinate event and press engagement logistics, including sample management, invitations and on-site support.
- Monitor media and social coverage; prepare regular reports and campaign performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Draft press materials, influencer briefs and content proposals; ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams, external agencies and talent to ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals.
- Perform administrative duties related to campaign tracking, expense documentation and filing.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in communications, marketing, public relations, luxury management or a related discipline (apprenticeship/alternance requirement).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to editorial tone and accuracy.
- Organisational rigour and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in fashion, fragrance and digital influencer ecosystems; proactive, resourceful and collaborative mindset.
- Availability to start the apprenticeship in September 2026 and to commit to the full duration of the programme.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or academic projects in PR, communications, influencer marketing or luxury brand environments are preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable interest in fashion or fragrance and exposure to campaign work is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a recognised communications, marketing, PR or luxury management degree (Bachelor or Master) — apprenticeship enrolment required.
