Rabanne seeks an E‑Retail Project Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris — alternance starting Sept 2026 to support digital commerce operations.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the e‑retail project manager in planning, execution and delivery of digital commerce initiatives across web and marketplace channels.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including merchandising, CRM, digital marketing, content, and external agencies to ensure timely implementation.
  • Manage product/content uploads, pricing and inventory updates; verify storefront content and visual assets for accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Perform QA on site releases, promotional activations and catalogue changes across desktop and mobile, escalating defects and tracking resolutions.
  • Monitor e‑commerce KPIs and produce regular performance reports and post‑mortem analyses to inform optimisation.
  • Assist with backlog grooming, project documentation, and preparation of briefs, timelines and rollout plans for seasonal launches.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, E‑commerce, Digital Project Management, Business or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
  • Strong organisational aptitude with demonstrable experience managing concurrent tasks — prior internship or academic project work in e‑commerce preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; professional working proficiency in English advantageous.
  • Attention to detail with a methodical approach to QA and content verification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and liaise effectively with internal and external partners.

Experience

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (marketing, e‑commerce, digital project management, business) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
