Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to clients.
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of luxury fragrance and beauty products from Puig's portfolio.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines and industry trends to effectively advise customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.
  • Ensure the visual merchandising of products aligns with brand standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury beauty products and market trends.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential.

Experience
