Qeelin seeks a Sales Associate in Chongqing to deliver luxury client service, achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, brand-compliant client service to ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate proactively with colleagues to drive store performance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market trends, competitor activity and product details; provide professional advice to clients.
  • Master and correctly use all in-store processes, tools and POS systems; adhere strictly to group and brand operational policies.
  • Implement security and loss-prevention measures to protect merchandise and minimise shrinkage.
  • Uphold the brand's appearance and conduct standards in presentation and behaviour at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support store operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience in luxury goods or fine jewellery preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, service-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Mainland China.

Experience
