Role & Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the North & Southeast Asia Sales and Operations Manager.
  • Support daily operational requests from the sales team across wholesale and retail channels in the North & Southeast Asia region.
  • Maintain and update the sales network database and sales documents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • University students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Availability to work 3-5 days per week.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience

No prior experience required; open to university students and fresh graduates.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree.
