Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and file operational documents.
- Support daily operations team with payment and expense requisitions, including contract processing and invoice handling.
- Update and consolidate store-related information and assist with store materials ordering and arrangement.
- Provide administrative support to the team and coordinate communications with other departments regarding store operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
