Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of retail excellence initiatives and special projects in Mainland China.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines to maintain consistency in brand image and service standards.
  • Oversee customer-centric initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze KPIs to enhance client engagement and sales performance, ensuring training materials are up-to-date and effective.
  • Facilitate training courses and conduct follow-ups to ensure the learning process is completed.
  • Lead the implementation of retail digital tools for sales and clienteling, ensuring full utilization.
  • Plan and complete induction sessions for new hires in retail and office roles.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to develop action plans for achieving sales objectives.
  • Identify training needs and create agile training programs in partnership with the retail team.
  • Gain and share knowledge of competitor brands to enhance brand positioning.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the training team, including payment processing and logistics.
  • Support CRM events to enhance client engagement and showcase the brand image.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail training or retail management within the luxury sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and implement strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to retail and clienteling.
