Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the line manager in developing and implementing retail excellence initiatives, special projects, operating plans, and budgets in Mainland China.
  • Ensure the implementation of retail excellence standards in alignment with brand guidelines to maintain consistency with the brand's image and service standards.
  • Develop and oversee customer-centric initiatives aimed at driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement actions to enhance client engagement and boost sales performance.
  • Ensure training materials and tools are well-developed and updated to meet retail needs.
  • Facilitate training courses and conduct follow-ups to ensure the learning loop is completed.
  • Lead the implementation of retail digital tools in sales and clienteling to ensure full utilization.
  • Plan and complete induction sessions for all new hires in retail and office roles.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to create and execute action plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify training needs and create agile training programs in partnership with the retail team.
  • Gain and share knowledge of competitor brands, products, and services.
  • Lead administrative tasks for the training team, including payment processing and logistics arrangements.
  • Support CRM events in presentation and client engagement to effectively showcase the brand image.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail training or a similar role within the luxury sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for sales and clienteling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
