Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales revenue for guns, rifles, and all Purdey products within the store.
- Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
- Attract new clients and develop the existing customer base.
- Promote sales of new and second-hand guns and rifles.
- Advise customers on the repair, maintenance, and storage of their guns.
- Promote and sell cartridges and gun-related shooting clothing and accessories.
- Represent Purdey at private and public events in the UK and overseas.
- Assist in the coordination of in-store promotional events.
- Maintain strict security on all gun displays, storage, and transfer of firearms and ammunition.
- Present the 'face of Purdey' at Audley House and deliver the 'Purdey Experience' to clients.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service to maintain the company's reputation as a leading gun maker.
Qualifications
- Aptitude for gun sales with a passion for driving sales.
- Experience with sporting guns and rifles and an interest in country pursuits.
- Commercially focused with an understanding of financial figures to meet a budget.
