Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.

Experience
