Puig seeks a Lifestyle Brand Marketing Manager in Lima — lead local brand strategy, activations and integrated campaigns for lifestyle brands.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute local brand and marketing strategies for assigned lifestyle brands in the Peruvian market, aligned with global brand positioning.
- Plan, manage and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels, ensuring consistent storytelling and visual identity.
- Lead retail and trade marketing initiatives and in‑store activations in partnership with commercial teams to drive distribution, sell‑through and brand experience.
- Manage marketing budgets, procurement and relationship with external agencies and vendors; ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief.
- Analyse campaign performance and market KPIs; translate insights into actionable optimisations and business recommendations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — sales, PR, digital, supply chain — to support product launches, promotions and seasonal activity.
- Protect and grow brand equity through meticulous quality control of creative assets, local adaptations and compliance with global brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced degree or specialised executive education preferred.
- Demonstrable experience working with lifestyle, fashion or beauty brands, ideally within luxury or premium segments.
- Proven capability to build and implement integrated marketing plans, manage agencies and steward brand assets locally.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate within matrix organisations and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong professional proficiency in English is highly desirable for collaboration with regional and global teams.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years managing lifestyle or consumer brands; experience in luxury, fashion, beauty or related consumer categories and familiarity with the Peruvian or LATAM market preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications or relevant executive education advantageous.
