Puig seeks a Key Account Manager, Benelux (Temporary) in Brussels — lead key accounts and drive commercial growth across Benelux markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with key retail and distributor partners across the Benelux territory to maximise sales and assortment opportunities.
  • Define and execute commercial plans and annual business reviews for assigned accounts, aligning sales targets, promotional activity and inventory management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, listings and joint business plans with retailers and ensure contractual compliance and margin optimisation.
  • Coordinate local execution of marketing, merchandising and trade activation in collaboration with marketing, supply chain and field teams to drive sell-through.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor P&L drivers, report KPIs and adapt plans to market trends and competitor activity.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives (logistics, finance, marketing) to resolve account issues and ensure superior customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and channel expansions within the Benelux market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent; advanced business education is advantageous.
  • Proven experience (typically 3–7 years) in key account management or national account roles, preferably within beauty, fashion or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating complex agreements and delivering sales growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence senior retail stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in French and Dutch and professional command of English is highly desirable for effective stakeholder management across the Benelux region.

Experience
