Junior Quality Control / Project Auditor
Puig in Barcelona seeks a Junior Quality Control / Project Auditor to execute audits and support quality projects for the beauty and fragrance portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc quality audits across production, packaging and supplier sites, documenting findings and following up on corrective actions.
- Support cross‑functional quality projects from initiation through closure, including data collection, analysis and project tracking.
- Perform batch release verifications and review quality documentation to ensure compliance with internal specifications and product quality plans.
- Identify root causes of non‑conformities and assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of CAPA measures.
- Maintain and update quality records, audit reports and SOPs to ensure traceability and regulatory readiness.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders (R&D, Production, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations for quality reviews and management meetings.
- Participate in site inspections and support readiness activities for external audits and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and audit methodology; formal auditor training (internal/ISO) is an advantage.
- Demonstrable understanding of product quality documentation, SOPs and corrective action processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to synthesise technical data into clear corrective plans.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear audit reporting and documentation.

Experience
1–3 years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance or quality auditing within a manufacturing environment—preferably cosmetics, fragrance, personal care or FMCG.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Food Science or related technical discipline.
