Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the demand planning process for the Benelux region, ensuring alignment with sales and operations.
  • Develop and implement effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand accurately and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform demand planning decisions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand planning and inventory management.

  • Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management within the luxury or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand forecasting tools.
