Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the demand planning process for the Benelux region, ensuring alignment with sales and operations.
- Develop and implement effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand accurately and adjust plans as necessary.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to inform demand planning decisions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand planning and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management within the luxury or consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in demand planning or a related field, preferably within the luxury or consumer goods industry.
Education
