Puig is hiring a Commercial Executive in Hamburg to drive luxury-beauty wholesale sales and account development.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own and develop wholesale and retail accounts within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets and margin objectives.
- Build and execute commercial plans—including pricing, promotions and assortment strategies—in close collaboration with marketing and trade teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with key retail partners, department stores and perfumeries.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to regional management.
- Coordinate product launches, in-store activations and merchandising with retail partners to maximise sell-through.
- Act as the internal client for demand, supply and finance teams to ensure availability, replenishment and margin control.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform assortment decisions.
- Represent the brand at customer meetings and industry events; travel to accounts as required.
Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in business, marketing, commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' commercial or account-management experience in beauty, cosmetics or a related luxury goods sector.
- Proven track record of managing wholesale/retail relationships and delivering sales growth against targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with experience setting prices and trade terms.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior stakeholder levels.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive commercial experience in B2B or wholesale sales within the beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail sector, with demonstrable success managing key accounts and achieving revenue and margin targets.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
