Puig is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Lima — Brand Ambassador role focused on beauty advisory, clienteling and sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in-store by delivering tailored consultations and product demonstrations that reflect brand positioning and standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and client follow-up.
- Develop and maintain client relationships via proactive clienteling, appointment booking and aftercare to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure merchandising, visual standards and product presentation meet brand guidelines; execute promotional and launch activations.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Participate in product and brand training; provide feedback on client trends and competitive activity to store management.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or beauty advisory experience, ideally within a premium or luxury beauty brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable working to sales targets and KPI metrics; strong commercial orientation.
- Ability to perform make-up application and product demonstrations to professional standards.
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and peak sales periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience, preferably within a premium or luxury cosmetics or fragrance environment.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy or related field preferred.
