Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand in-store by delivering tailored consultations and product demonstrations that reflect brand positioning and standards.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and client follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships via proactive clienteling, appointment booking and aftercare to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure merchandising, visual standards and product presentation meet brand guidelines; execute promotional and launch activations.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
  • Participate in product and brand training; provide feedback on client trends and competitive activity to store management.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or beauty advisory experience, ideally within a premium or luxury beauty brand.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Comfortable working to sales targets and KPI metrics; strong commercial orientation.
  • Ability to perform make-up application and product demonstrations to professional standards.
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and peak sales periods.

Experience
