Brand Ambassador
Puig is hiring a Temporary Brand Ambassador in Brussels (Inno Rue Neuve) to represent its beauty and fragrance portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the principal in‑store representative for Puig’s portfolio at the Inno Rue Neuve location in Brussels, delivering a signature brand experience to every client.
- Drive sales through consultative client engagement, product demonstrations, sampling and tailored recommendations to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and brand presentation standards, including stock rotation, display upkeep and adherence to promotional guidelines.
- Execute clienteling activities and accurately record customer interactions and sales information using point‑of‑sale and reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with store management and Puig field teams to implement launches, promotions and experiential events; provide timely feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, beauty or luxury brand ambassador roles, with a demonstrable track record of client service and sales performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal presence, consultative selling ability and a polished professional manner appropriate to prestige beauty environments.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and peak trading periods; authorised to work in Belgium for the duration of the temporary contract.
- Strong attention to detail in merchandising and stock management, with reliable timekeeping and organisational discipline.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail or brand ambassador experience within beauty, fragrance or luxury retail is preferred; experience in department store concessions is an asset.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Formal training or certification in cosmetics, beauty therapy or retail sales is advantageous.
