Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations to drive sales of Byredo and associated beauty products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through expert clienteling and upselling.
• Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
• Manage stock rotation, inventory accuracy and replenishment to optimise product availability.
• Record client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system to build long-term relationships.
• Support in-store activations, product launches and promotional events with excellent brand representation.
• Conduct product sampling and basic demonstrations while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with store leadership on local sales strategies and provide feedback on customer trends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver luxury customer service with a strong commercial focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional, polished presentation.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Legal right to work in Switzerland.
• Basic numeracy for transaction handling and sales reporting.
• Ability to learn brand product lines and translate technical product knowledge into client benefits.

Skills

Experience

Typically requires 1–2 years of retail experience in beauty, perfumery or luxury cosmetics; experience in prestige or niche brands is desirable.

Education

Secondary education; vocational training in retail, cosmetology, beauty therapy or equivalent preferred.
