Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, courteous, and elegant service throughout the guest journey.
  • Set and reset tables with precision according to standard operating procedures.
  • Confidently explain food, beverage, and retail items, including ingredients and allergens.
  • Take guest orders efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Deliver food and beverages with finesse, ensuring proper timing and presentation.
  • Monitor tables proactively to anticipate guest needs.
  • Handle complaints or special requests with urgency and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and teammates.
  • Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
  • Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Handle guest payments and billing with accuracy and discretion.
