Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain store windows and interiors according to guidelines from the Visual Merchandising Manager.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and interiors, tailored to individual store needs and merchandise.
  • Adjust in-store merchandising based on sales trends, market characteristics, and customer demographics.
  • Resolve specific visual merchandising challenges related to store size and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to align visual strategies with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to implement market-appropriate outfits based on stock.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
  • Provide guidance to in-store visual merchandising staff.
  • Collaborate with the Communication Department on in-store events and press presentations.
  • Train shop staff to maintain corporate display standards.

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of experience in visual merchandising for international fashion companies or creative fields.
  • International or regional experience is advantageous.

Skills

Creative mindset Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and capable of independent work Ability to work collaboratively within a team Willingness to travel Proficiency in English
