Virtual Client Advisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage virtual customer interactions via text, email, WhatsApp, and live streaming.
• Present and promote products in alignment with company standards.
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with clients.
• Drive sales to meet monthly targets set by management.
• Maintain and update CRM activities and customer details.
• Conduct prospect research and recruit new clients proactively.
• Process virtual payments and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Handle customer complaints with managerial support when necessary.
• Share customer insights with management.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
• Ensure proper handling and organization of products in the virtual sales area and warehouse.
• Participate in stock takes by product category at year-end.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
• Proficiency in luxury customer service.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
