Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of third-party channels, ensuring alignment with global digital strategy and local business needs.
- Collaborate with partners to execute optimizations and develop strategies to achieve company and team objectives.
- Manage and execute listing optimization, content creation, and inventory management.
- Support direct-to-consumer sales initiatives as needed.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Analyze sales trends and prepare sales and stock plans to support business goals, liaising with HQ and local merchandising teams.
- Work with stakeholders to establish order processes and product enrichment, adhering to brand standards.
- Collaborate in defining third-party commercial calendars, ensuring brand representation during key seasonal moments.
- Monitor product strategy, deliveries, visual guidelines, and assets.
- Monitor competitor brands and digital channels to identify improvements and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in English preferred; fluency in Korean is mandatory.
