Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of third-party channels, ensuring alignment with global digital strategy and local business needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to execute optimizations and develop strategies to achieve company and team objectives.
  • Manage and execute listing optimization, content creation, and inventory management.
  • Support direct-to-consumer sales initiatives as needed.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyze sales trends and prepare sales and stock plans to support business goals, liaising with HQ and local merchandising teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish order processes and product enrichment, adhering to brand standards.
  • Collaborate in defining third-party commercial calendars, ensuring brand representation during key seasonal moments.
  • Monitor product strategy, deliveries, visual guidelines, and assets.
  • Monitor competitor brands and digital channels to identify improvements and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in English preferred; fluency in Korean is mandatory.

Skills

Problem-solving attitude and ability to drive process improvement. Excellent analytical skills and experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proactive, independent, responsible, creative, and self-motivated. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in eCommerce merchandising, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
