Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans.
- Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Prada standards.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating sales leadership and building client relations.
- Encourage a digital mindset and improve client relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends and foster a client-centric mindset.
- Cultivate customer relationships to create brand advocates.
- Manage and motivate the team to foster a positive work environment.

- Proven experience in a similar retail management role.
