Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category department.
  • Motivate and manage the department team to meet sales targets and ensure an exceptional client service experience.
  • Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide commercial insights and suggestions to the Store Manager.
  • Drive the team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
  • Promote the development of the e-commerce channel.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster customer loyalty through excellent service.
  • Engage and support the sales team in clienteling activities to attract new local customers.
  • Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
  • Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information sharing through morning briefings.
  • Ensure in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
  • Maintain the visual presentation of the department.
  • Ensure efficient back-of-house organization and protect company assets, while upholding staff grooming standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
