Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Conduct regular performance discussions with the Store Manager/Director, analyze results, and create actionable plans.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Train team members on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
- Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Create a positive and harmonious work environment, ensuring cooperation within the team and with store leadership.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
- Inspire the team to deliver a superior client experience and foster long-term client relationships.
- Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to engage with new clients and expand the store's client base.
- Ensure a unique after-sales experience to maintain product longevity and quality.
- Lead by example in product care and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Monitor category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to drive business growth and maximize category potential.
- Ensure stockroom organization maximizes efficiency and selling opportunities.

- Proven experience in team management within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
