Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Conduct regular performance discussions with the Store Manager/Director, analyze results, and create actionable plans.
  • Provide consistent feedback and coaching to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Train team members on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
  • Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Create a positive and harmonious work environment, ensuring cooperation within the team and with store leadership.
  • Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
  • Inspire the team to deliver a superior client experience and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to engage with new clients and expand the store's client base.
  • Ensure a unique after-sales experience to maintain product longevity and quality.
  • Lead by example in product care and adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to drive business growth and maximize category potential.
  • Ensure stockroom organization maximizes efficiency and selling opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in team management within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
