Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance.
  • Develop and propose strategic business plans.
  • Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
  • Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
  • Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
  • Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
  • Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
  • Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
  • Promote a culture of private appointments.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
  • Ensure the team is informed about the Prada Group's products, market, competitors, and policies.
  • Attract and recruit top talent through networking.
  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Organize and participate in local events in partnership with stakeholders and influencers.

Qualifications

  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.

Experience
