Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance.
  • Develop and propose business plans.
  • Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
  • Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
  • Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
  • Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain solid client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high levels of client service.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
  • Promote a culture of private appointments.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial and team-oriented spirit through effective communication.
  • Ensure the team is informed about company policies, product knowledge, and market trends.
  • Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
  • Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales according to company guidelines.
  • Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
  • Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
  • Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.

Experience
