Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the company in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure presence on the sales floor to provide exemplary client service and foster Omni Channel development.
- Drive and maximize sales performance, develop business plans, and manage store expenses.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset, maintaining solid client relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Promote entrepreneurial spirit and team cohesion through effective communication and organization.
- Mentor, train, and coach the store team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a management role within the luxury retail environment.
- Over 2 years of experience in leading and coaching a store team.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
