Role & Responsibilities

• Represent the company in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
• Ensure presence on the sales floor to provide exemplary client service and foster Omni Channel development.
• Drive and maximize sales performance, develop business plans, and manage store expenses.
• Cultivate a client-centric mindset, maintaining solid client relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Promote entrepreneurial spirit and team cohesion through effective communication and organization.
• Mentor, train, and coach the store team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a management role within the luxury retail environment.
• Over 2 years of experience in leading and coaching a store team.
• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
