Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Promote an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the brand, products, and market.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Organize local events in collaboration with the Retail Events Office.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in local and English languages.
