Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve store targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional client service by being present on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through team initiatives.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Foster a culture of private appointments.
- Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication within the team.
- Ensure the team is well-informed on product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
- Ensure visual merchandising displays attract clients and maximize sales.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure synergy between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
