Store Manager

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
• Ensure a high level of client service by being present on the sales floor and fostering an Omni Channel approach.
• Drive sales performance, develop business plans, and manage store expenses to meet operating budgets.
• Cultivate a client-centric mindset, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service.
• Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication within the team.
• Mentor, train, and coach the store team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a management role within a luxury retail environment.
• Over two years of experience in leading and coaching a store team.
• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
