Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a high level of client service by being present on the sales floor and fostering an Omni Channel approach.
- Drive sales performance, develop business plans, and manage store expenses to meet operating budgets.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service.
- Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication within the team.
- Mentor, train, and coach the store team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a management role within a luxury retail environment.
- Over two years of experience in leading and coaching a store team.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
