Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance.
  • Develop and propose business plans.
  • Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
  • Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and loyalty.
  • Ensure a superior client experience on the sales floor.
  • Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
  • Manage store budget and control expenses.
  • Foster client-centric relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
  • Promote a strong private appointment culture.
  • Encourage an entrepreneurial and team spirit.
  • Ensure team preparedness on product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
  • Attract and recruit top talent through networking.
  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Organize and participate in local events with stakeholders and influencers.

Qualifications

  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluent spoken English; Mandarin is desirable.
