Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to meet and exceed store targets.
  • Develop and propose strategic business plans.
  • Lead the store team to surpass key performance indicators.
  • Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
  • Ensure a premium client experience by being actively present on the sales floor.
  • Promote Omni Channel development through team initiatives.
  • Manage store expenses to meet operating budgets.
  • Cultivate a client-centric mindset, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
  • Foster a culture of private appointments.
  • Promote team spirit and professional growth through effective communication.
  • Ensure team preparedness with comprehensive product and market knowledge.
  • Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to maximize sales.
  • Provide product feedback and participate in buying sessions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures in cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
