Stock Specialist

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and process incoming merchandise according to corporate procedures.
• Prepare and stage products for the sales floor and special store areas, ensuring correct rotation and presentation.
• Ensure the security and safe handling of products and valuable material throughout warehouse operations.
• Track and update product flow and stock movements using the SAP system.
• Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness in line with corporate standards.
• Coordinate returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers and e‑commerce deliveries to meet corporate guidelines and deadlines.
• Order and manage packaging materials to support store needs.
• Support sales staff on the shop floor to maximise availability and conversion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse role; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Fluent spoken English.
• High affinity for luxury goods and attention to product detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and procedures, specifically SAP.

Skills

Experience

Previous hands‑on experience in stockroom, warehouse or retail logistics; prior exposure to luxury retail environments is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, retail or a related discipline preferred.
