Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and store operations, supporting the Store Manager or Stock Manager.
- Receive, organize, and prepare goods for sale, shipment, and return.
- Prepare E-Commerce orders and maintain inventory control.
- Contribute to overall store efficiency in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Foster open and constructive communication within the team.
- Proactively work towards achieving team goals.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion.
- Basic PC skills, including Word and Excel (simple arithmetic and filter usage; Vlookup and Pivot preferred).
- Experience in back-office operations or sales support within luxury or fashion brands.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately and supportively.
- Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Comfortable with English for system use.
